Upcoming event - 15th -23rd July 2023: Japanese - English Proficiency Test 2023

According to the annual plan, in July every year, Hamaden company organizes a foreign language proficiency test for all employees in the company. Like every year, the exam is conducted in two languages, English and Japanese.

The contest is held annually for the purpose of assessing the foreign language ability of employees, thereby helping to improve foreign language ability and improve work efficiency. This years Japanese exam was held on July 15, and the English exam was held on July 23.

The Japanese language proficiency test includes levels: 1kyu, 2kyu, 3 kyu, 4 kyu arranged in a specified percentage, including the following sections: Vocabulary + kanji + Reading comprehension (50 minutes), listening comprehension (30 minutes). Toeic English test includes sections: Listening (45 minutes), Reading (75 minutes) conducted by IIG Vietnam. In order to organize the exam fairly and effectively, before taking the official exam, the members who register for the first time will take a mock exam and need to score 25% or more in English, 35% or more in English. Japan to participate in the official exam.

To achieve the best results, all members should work together to study and try their best.

Here are some things to keep in mind when taking the English and Japanese test:

- Candidates must strictly adhere to the allotted time.

- Be at the exam room 15 minutes before

- Candidates are only allowed to use pencils and erasers to take the test.

- Candidates must comply with the exam rules and instructions of the CBCT.

- Candidates must have a serious attitude and consciousness to participate in the exam.

- In the exam room, they must absolutely keep order and do not speak unconsciously.

- Do not ask questions, look at other peoples posts, do not copy documents, do not exchange or talk privately.

- Do not work alone during exam time.

- Do not ask to go out during exam time.

- Power off the mobile phone, do not use or receive calls with the mobile phone.

- Candidates are only allowed to bring the following items into the exam room: ID card, ID card, needle pencil, 2B pencil, eraser and watch. (Do not use dictionary needles and any other materials in the exam room.)
